Freight Audit Platform

Requesting PM & Integration resource for Freight Audit Platform RFP & Implementation

The implementation will require coordination across NA, APAC, EMEA regions, with involvement from Logistics, IT and Accounting partners. There will be a handoff of responsibilities between our existing provider and our selected new vendor partner. Internal Audit flagged this area as an operational concern so we are moving quickly to address the gaps. This project has awareness and support from Joel, Siva, Angela, and Kyle Riddlebaugh. Given the importance and attention on freight cost management and spend visibility it is crucial that we have a successful implementation with proper oversight. PMO support will set us up for success by coordinating resources, managing timelines and bringing awareness to possible delays.

Freight Audit is an operational concern for Deckers’ Internal Audit team and improvements in this area were strongly recommended. We have IA support.
