Infor Nexus - NexTrace

Request: Implement new module within Nexus, NexTrace for Item Traceability & Material PO Management.

User Cases:

1. Compliance: Digital Product Passport law will go into affect in 2027, requiring Brands to publicize where all of their products and materials source from.

   1. NexTrace is the best solution for this within our portfolio, given the Management of Finished Goods POs & Supply Chain Mapping solutions.

2. Material Management: Material/Sourcing team needs a tool to manage the Material POs.

   1. Amber Road is used today, but it is an ineffective and expensive solution that should be replaced.

   2. 90% of what Materials Management team needs is a part of the NexTrace solution for Compliance. It's an easy use case to combine.

High-Level Requirements:

1. T1 POs must be connected their actual T2 orders.

2. Data must be extractable to Deckers Data Mesh.

3. The user experience for Suppliers must be simple and intuitive.

4. Track key dates for materials:

• T1 to T2 material order placement

• T2 material shipment details

• T1 material receipt
