Invoice MDM Evolution

MDM in its current state is a highly manual process to interface datainto Oracle EBS. The necessity, governance and process was setup during a BT initiative 8+ years ago. As we look to renovate the foundations in peak 1, we would like to shift the manual entry into the appropriate domain tool interface while shifting data ownership to the business. This initiative will be multifaceted through peak 1. 1) An interum fix needs to be put in place as the existing process is not scalable and current backlogs are exceeding business SLAs. In the short term, an automated process or tool will be evauluated. During this time the Data & AI will continue to support business continuity. Once the interum solution is put in place ownership will be formerly shifted to the respective program. 2) The long term solution should be through the current "rennovate the foundations" initiative of peak 1 and the tools implemented should solve for the data ownership and interface piece.
